Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for online course fees, especially when a no-refund policy is in place for personal reasons, typically depend on the policies set by the educational institution or online course provider. While specific details may vary, here are common elements you might find in such terms and conditions:

	No Refund Policy:
Clearly state that the online course fees are non-refundable, and there will be no reimbursement for personal reasons. This is to communicate that once the payment is made, it is final and not subject to refund.

	Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Nature:
Include a clause where the student or participant acknowledges and agrees that they understand the fees are non-refundable, even in the case of personal circumstances preventing them from completing the course.

	Payment Schedule:
Specify the payment schedule, including deadlines for installment payments if applicable. This helps manage expectations regarding when payments are due and whether any portion is refundable within a specific timeframe.

	Exceptional Circumstances:
Clearly outline any exceptional circumstances under which a refund may be considered. This could include instances where the educational institution or course provider is unable to deliver the course as promised.

	Course Access Duration:
Indicate the duration for which the student will have access to the course materials. If there is a specific time frame during which they can complete the course, make sure this information is communicated.

	Transfer of Enrollment:
Outline whether it is possible for the student to transfer their enrollment to another session or course, if personal reasons prevent them from participating in the initially enrolled session.

	Cancellation or Modification of Course:
Include information about the educational institution's right to cancel or modify the course, and how it would be communicated to the enrolled participants. In such cases,
